Attributed to Orange County, circa 1820s, walnut, yellow pine secondary, applied molded top with two over three graduated lipped drawers featuring 3/4 dust boards, raised on bold exceptionally tall dove-tailed bracket foot base with pronounced spurs.

Pencil notation to inside bottom drawer side panel; old or likely original surface; fine example of a classic Piedmont chest of drawers with original feet.

Missing locks; replaced pulls but in original holes; surface fading to left panel split and repair to right front all original foot.
