Probably Pennsylvania, late 18th century, white pine with white pine secondary, dove-tailed case, two-part flatwall form, upper case with applied cove-molded cornice above two doors with (12) panes each, interior with three shelves all with plate grooves and spoon notches, base with three lipped drawers above two double paneled doors, bracket foot base with spurs.
