This painting was awarded Honorable Mention at the Fellowship of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts Annual Exhibition in 1951

Exhibited in several one-man shows and in annual exhibitions, including the Annual Exhibition of American Painting at Youngstown, OH circa 1952.

Accompanied by a letter penned by Speight on 29 November 1961, detailing the history and composition of this painting. It is also accompanied by an archive of letters referencing this painting.

The painting was laid on Masonite in 1974 by William Hull, director of The Pennsylvania State University Museum of Art.
