Late 18th century, cherry, white and yellow pine, dovetailed case, hinged lipped lid with bread board ends opens to reveal central raised panel prospect door flanked by two vertical document drawers with acorn finial, six pigeon holes and six drawers, four graduated lipped drawers raised on a shaped bracket foot base.

Break and repair to right corner of lid; shrinkage crack to right side of lid; replaced hinges and patches to lid at hinge area; warp to interior writing surface and lid; replaced pulls, new holes; lower drawer with replaced secondary wood; other drawers with interior restoration; feet appear to be original with break and repairs and later bracing; left rear foot facing replaced at the lower three inches.
