Circa 1950, designed in a leaf motif in satin and high polish yellow gold and featuring one prong set round blue sapphire (5.00mm) with excellent transparency and fine color and accented with (2) old cut single cut round diamonds (2.00mm) (G color, SI1 - I1 clarity) and completed with a single pin stem and locking C clasp, stamped 14KT and with a maker's mark.
