Circa 1810, George III, designed in can form with a Grecian handle, the peach colored field features hand-painted gilt floral overlay, the inside rim with gilt swag design, the front of the can with a delicately painted reserve of roses in full bloom, rose painting attributed to John Staneby and the gilding to Thomas Till. Bottom marked with red crown and red "33" near foot rim.

2.75 x 3.25 x 2 5/8 in.

Some interior discoloration; crazing to bottom of cup; tiny wear to gilt rim.
