The bow form brooch with bow having (39) mixed cut diamonds measuring approximately 1.50mm and suspending a wreath form set with a double row of Old Mine cut diamonds measuring approximately .50mm to 1.50mm and with (6) stations of 18KT yellow gold bezel set cushion cut rubies weighing approximately 1.50 total carats wreath centered with a natural baroque pearl (8.62 x 7.90mm) with white body color and orient. GIA Report #2173100032 states the pearl is natural saltwater of the Pinctada species with no indications of treatment.
