George II Mahogany Stone Top Side Table

Mid 18th century, later onyx top above a plain veneered frieze and gadrooned apron centered by a stylized shell, raised on front legs with acanthus carved cabriole legs terminating in claw and ball feet, the rear cabriole legs terminating in pad feet.

Later onyx top; interior compartment with later wood interior lining; left rear leg missing both knee returns; front left leg with hairline shrinkage crack.
