Circa 1800, mahogany, mahogany veneer, oak and pine secondary, two part form, applied molded cornice with dentil molding above a fluted frieze, two hinged doors with astragal molding, two interior louvered shelves, lower case with fall front lipped lid, interior has a secret compartment behind the central prospect removable box, drawered and divided interior, later leather writing surface, four graduated drawers with cock bead flanked by fluted quarter columns, shaped bracket foot base.
