The natural shell set to the top with one bezel set oval cabochon ruby (9.95 x 8.00mm) and accented to one side with (5) bezel set round cabochon rubies (3.00mm) and to the other side with (10) bezel set full cut round diamonds (1.50mm) weighing approximately .15 carat (F-G color, VS clarity) and with a yellow gold conforming support completed with a hinged double pin stem, stamped 14KT and with scratch marks "T8347" and "V8327."
