Egypt, approximately 200 pages, octavo (6.5 x 5 in.), paper boards with calf spine. This book, written in Coptic Greek and Arabic, is produced entirely in manuscript using black and red ink.

The binding appears to date from the late 18th - early 19th century, however the leaves may be older.

20th century owner-inscribed; wear and soiling to boards; even age toning internally with some minor scattered stains. Very good condition.
