Circa 1800, mahogany, mahogany veneers, light and dark wood inlays, chestnut and mixed woods secondary, demilune form with hinged top supported by swing leg, skirt with three panels featuring a rectangular light wood oval inlay with line inlay border, base of skirt with stylized light and dark wood herringbone inlays, square tapered legs inlaid with stylized icicle terminating with teardrop, cuff inlays.

29.5 x 36 x 17.75 in.

Acquired in Kentucky in the early 1950s by horseman Otto W. Lehmann of Chicago, IL.

Light wear and marring to top surfaces; minor string inlay losses; top reset; break and repair to upper right rear leg; other minor inlay losses and expected wear.
