Bezel set to the center with one Roman Republican silver denarius, circa 82 B.C., showing Mercury on the obverse and Ulysses greeted by his dog Argus on the reverse, with a yellow gold mount having a wire and granulation finish accented with (2) bezel set pear cut green tourmaline and (1) bezel set oval cut tourmaline and suspending one cultured pearl (10.20mm), completed with single pin stem and trombone closure, signed and hallmarked.
