The first is titled Statuette Under Red Flowers, oil on board, signed and dated 1999 at lower left, inscribed by the artist on the verso, retaining a Virginia Lynch Gallery, Inc. of Tiverton, RI label on the verso, framed (DOA 12.5 x 12.5 in.); the second titled Flowers in Blue Vase Top (Wall Pattern), oil on board, signed and dated 1999 at lower right, inscribed by the artist on the verso, framed (DOA 12.5 x 9.5 in.).

Born in Lexington, MA, Cronin received his MFA at Cornell University and his BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design. He has exhibited extensively throughout the US since 1958 and is represented in museum collections across the country, including the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.
