Partially printed document, 2pp., oblong folio, Louisa, Kentucky, February 28, 1863, detailing the names, signatures and pay for 60 men. Federal troops occupied Louisa for most of the war and found it a fertile recruiting ground for pro-Union mountaineers.

Large horizontal split along one fold, else very good condition.
