The first mid -18th century, probably London, the elongated label THER : ANDR. is surmounted by a shell flanked by two winged putti, is supported by a winged mask and suspended flower heads (7.25 in.) (very good condition with minor rim flakes), the bottom marked with a blue "M;" the second jar, also English, early 18th century, is decorated with a winged angel above the rectangular label ROSAR: RVB: (7.75 in.) (rim with chips; bottom has been restored as seen by black light).
