Late 17th century, octagonal form, pierced twice for suspension, depicting the arms of London's Worshipful Society of Apothecaries which consists of two unicorns supporting a shield featuring Apollo above a Latin motto translating "throughout the world I am called bringer of help." Above the shield stands a rhinoceros while below are the arms of the City of London.
