THE WOMEN NAPOLEON LOVED by Tighe Hopkins (Boston: Little, Brown & Co., 1910), 2 vols., octavo, gilt leather boards, a customized edition being "Extra-illustrated and extended from one to two volumes by the insertion of one hundred portraits and ten autograph letters and documents." The tipped-in illustrations, dating from the late 18th to early 20th centuries, were taken from existing publications and books. The manuscript inserts, likewise tipped-in, begin with a clipped document signed "N" by Napoleon as emperor. This is followed by letters and documents, variously signed by Wellington, Marshall Bernadotte, Lucien Bonaparte, Josephine Bonaparte, Joseph Napoleon, Tallyrand, General Berthie, the Count de las Cases, and a document naming Paul Barras
