Late 19th century, carved and painted beechwood frame with leaf and floral pattern, the arched back with rounded corners, scrolled arms with upholstered rests, four fluted and tapered front legs and two rear side legs, the two rear interior legs simply turned, Beauvais tapestry of the period, incorporating a ducal coronet and the monogram "DVF" together with four reserves with celestial motif, brass nail trim, one down filled seat cushion, outside of back covered with antique red silk damask.
