17th century, oval form plaque features a man's face in high relief, wearing three pendant drops from his ears and a turban head gear, the outer border of plaque with foliate repousse decoration, a string of carnelian and turquoise beads is suspended from the plaque and supports a cruciform box inset with turquoise and gold filigree decoration, stippled markings to reverse of plaque.

Plaque: 7.25 x 5.75 in; LOA: 15.25 in.
