Centering on one oval cut brilliant blue sapphire (12.15 x 10.00 x 4.35 mm) weighing 4.87 carats mounted in a four-prong platinum setting and flanked on each side with a trillion cut diamond (6.0 x 5.50 x 2.90 mm) (approximately 1.10 total carat weight, VVS1-VVS2 clarity, E-F color) with an 18KT yellow gold shank. GIA Report #2145597394 of April 27, 2012 stating the ring is a natural corundum with indications of heating.
