Made in St. Petersburg, the first a matching cup and saucer, each bearing the crowned cypher of Nicholas I (1825 - 1855), apple green with floral sprays an gilt accents (cup, 2.25 in. high; saucer, 5.5 in. diameter) (the saucer with 1 in. hairline and small rim chip); the second a plate from the "Everyday Service" used at Tsarkoye Selo Palace, the underside with the crowned cypher of Nicholas II (1894 - 1917) and dated 1915, the interior decorated with the Russian double-headed eagle, blue border and gilt accents (9.25 in. diameter) (two rim chips, one resulting in 2 in. hairline).
