Circa 1820, two part form, old accumulated surface, mahogany and mahogany veneers over white pine, the bookcase section with mullioned glass doors enclosing a cubby-hole interior, over three side by side short drawers. The desk has a slant lid detailed with double line inlay and large inlaid oval panel, above two full length drawers, raised on tall well-turned legs.
