The first being a salt glazed stoneware jug decorated in blue and white with a single applied handle and impressed cartouche bearing letters "GR" (6 in.) (having a hairline to the side and a large base chip); the second is a Jackfield earthenware bowl, black glazed with rolled rim and ring foot (2 7/8 in.) (with only minor nicks).
