Circa 1800, Eastern North Carolina, walnut, figured walnut veneers, yellow pine and white pine secondary, serpentine form, the solid walnut three board top edged with lightwood string inlay over a center drawer above two doors, flanked by a deep cabinet to the left side and a deep drawer on the right, the case stiles inlaid with a lightwood lozenge. The case is raised on straight tapered legs inlaid with bellflowers and cuffs.

Pulls appear to be original in original holes. Choice use of burl veneers with exceptional markings.

Right front leg with hairline; drawer without lock; replaced hinges and cabinet lock.
