Early 20th century, the circular footed bronze base is marked "Tiffany Studios / New York / 533", a hexagonal bronze standard supports three lights and is surmounted by an acorn finial; a matching bronze shade frame is marked "Tiffany Studios New York 1927 Pat Appl'd For," displays the numbers "30" (twice) and is additionally stamped "9068." The shade proper consists of twelve dark yellow linenfold glass panels set between horizontal borders of high relief ruffled amber glass.

Several small chips and one crack to the underside of the shade's amber border are not visible when the lamp is assembled; the linenfold panels are intact and present as intended; the top cap's frame is slightly bent, resulting in fractures and slight loss to the glass as it tapers near the center ring.
