Depiction of a seated young woman, two cockatoos hovering nearby, executed with fine detail to the woman's features and the "gold thread" of her garments. Housed within a pierced gilt wood frame with burgundy velvet fillet. Pencil dated on the back "1892," with later export stamp, and, in blue ink, the title "Traumerei" (Reverie).
