19th century, hand-painted after Thomas Gainsborough's famous "Blue Boy," unsigned, the back of the plaque stamped "H& C Selb/Bavaria Germany/ Heinrich" entitled "Der Knabe i Blau. Gainsborough," additionally artist signed " A. Geigenmuller." Contemporary gilt wood frame.
