Set in the center with a 1904 $20 Liberty Head gold coin in almost uncirculated condition, bezel set in a large surround of curved and rope twist gold work together with a row of channel set baguette cut red synthetic stones, completed by a large handmade rope twist pendant, mounted in 14KT yellow gold.
