Early 19th century, mahogany and mahogany veneers, three-part form, the bookcase section features glass doors with shaped mullions and a three shelf interior; the central tambour desk section has a divided interior and is of a later date, probably custom made circa 1900; the base section has a fold-over writing ledge and three cock beaded graduated drawers raised on splayed French feet with nicely scalloped skirt. Allover detailed with light wood line inlay.
