This is after a portrait of King Fernando VII of Spain by Vicente L—pez y Porta–a (Spanish, 1772-1850). A Neo-Classicist, L—pez y Porta–a was considered one of the greatest portraitist of his time. The portrait is presented in a 20th century wooden frame.
