Raised on four bun feet, three sides with applied strapwork motif brass panels over a walnut frame, the upper section fully decorated with applied brass strapwork panels, the center top section with two later glass inkwells and center cover with candle cup, swing bail handle. Bearing the inscription "Dr. Haisden August 30, 1844."
