First half 19th century, walnut with poplar secondary, the upper bookcase section with molded cornice over (2) mullioned doors, the stiles with lamb's tongue chamfer, each with (6) lights, (3) shelf interior; the desk section has a slant lid, a divided interior, (2) over (3) cock-beaded graduated drawers flanked by lamb's tongue chamfered stiles, raised on French feet.
