Do-Ho Suh earned his BFA and MFA in Oriental Painting from Seoul National University. After fulfilling his term of mandatory service in the South Korean military, he relocated to the United States and continued his studies at the Rhode Island School of Design and Yale University. PBS recently featured Suh in their "Art: 21." His work has also been exhibited at the Venice Biennale, the Seattle Art Museum, the Whitney Museum of American Art at Phillip Morris, and the Serpentine Gallery in London.
