Edited and published by Alfred Steiglitz, New York, 1907, grey paper wraps, 20 pp. text, 14 pp. of advertising, 11.75 x 8 in., contains (10) photogravures from original negatives as follows: George H. Seeley's "The Firefly," "The Black Bowl," "Blotches of Sunlight and Spots of Ink," "The Burning of Rome," "Girl with Dog," and "The White Landscape." Each of these images are pencil-signed on the mat by the photographer. Alfred Steiglitz's " Snapshot - From my Window, New York," "Snapshot - From my Window, Berlin," "Snapshot - In the New York Central Yards." W. W. Renwick, "Nude." The front free endpaper is inscribed "To Fritz - With deepest appreciation of our comradship. George / Christmas 1908." The signature here is completely different from those under the photographs.

There are no pages numbered 37-44 in the text, however the journal appears intact with complete essays. Scattered foxing and acid transfer to the mats from the images; light aging throughout, the photogravure plates being in fine condition; paper outer wraps are chipped as is normal for this publication.
