Early 19th century, watercolor on card, the first of an aristocratic lady elegantly dressed in black with high white ruffled collar and wearing gold pendant drop earrings; the second of a gentleman dressed in a dark blue double breasted frock coat and holding a gentleman's purse monogrammed "WP": both sit in a chair with a green velvet draped window with a countryside view beyond, both housed in early 19th century handmade molded frames.
