Mid 19th century, 8 day time and strike brass movement, painted zinc dial, arched wooden case with ripple front, glass tablet carries a Civil War era martial composition which includes an eagle, crossed flags and weaponry. An antique repair label inside the door names watchmaker A. J. Provencher of East Pepperell, Massachusetts and is dated 11-2-98.
