Possibly a French trade gun, ca. 1800, 32.25 in. octagonal-to-round barrel; 47 in. LOA, wooden stock carved with fleur-de-lil and scroll patterns, (2) fleur-de-lis marks on barrel with (2) illegible stamps; crown markings on lockplate and trigger guard; all iron furniture and ramrod.

Lock mechanism works, light rusting to all metallic elements; age cracks throughout stock.
