Very Fine English Bracket Clock, 19th Century

Presented in a Coromandel case with Corinthian columns flanking the glass door which reveals an ornate silver tone engraved face with gilt metal frame, the case inlaid with carved and stained ivory decorations of griffins, the whole surmounted by four finial cast flower urn finials and central eagle mount on domed base; the triple fusee works appear to be unmarked; chimes on the quarter with options for Cambridge, Whittington, or Westminster on gongs; the clock face with applied plaque reading "McIntosh & Son / Woolwich."

25.5 x 15 x 11.5 in.

Not guaranteed to be in working order or complete. The piece is missing the pendulum. All four finials are loose. The eagle to the top is missing the nut that accompanies the screw.
