Circa 1800, the first with shaped and floral painted crest, pierced back, rush seat, straight leg with chamfered edge, stretcher base, floral scene painted to crest rail (39 x 20 x 18 in.); the second a Chippendale side chair with shaped crest and back, chamfered legs and rush seat (38.75 x 20.25 x 21 in.).
