After William Woodruff's 1819 engraving, this one by H. Brunet, Lyon, France, 1820s. An oak leaf border topped with portraits of Washington, Adams and Jefferson is intertwined with the seals of the original thirteen states. Within this frame is the text of the Declaration of Independence above facsimiles of the document's signatures. Presented behind a mat in a modern painted wooden frame.
