The weathered carbon steel disc form earrings each set to the center with one Mabe pearl (13.30m) and completed with 14KT gold Omega clip backs, stamped 585 and with maker's mark.

Estate of Susan Fox Beischer, daughter of Frances Hill Fox, granddaughter of Durham philanthropist and banker, John Sprunt Hill, and his wife, Anne Watts Hill, and great granddaughter of George W. Watts, an original partner in the American Tobacco Corporation.

Awarded the Verdura prize in 2007, Jaclyn Davidson's work is represented in the Smithsonian and the Museum of Art and Design.
