The first is very finely carved, the high hair comb surmounted by a bird eating a snake, red paint with darker details (18 in.) (very good estate condition); the second with worn black-painted face, open mouth with carved teeth (16 in.) (allover surface wear, likely from exposure; very large crack extending from hair to base).
