Circa 1900, consisting of a coated sheet printed with a frame of 70 proposed Confederate ten-cent stamps that were never issued during the Civil War. The printing plate for these, though English-made in 1862, was kept in storage until the 1890s when sections were first used for souvenir impressions.

Light age toning with the tiny bumps to the corners, else mint condition.
