Late 18th century, two piece form, mahogany and mahogany veneers, oak and pine secondary, the top with a projecting cornice above dentil molding, two upper case doors, each with applied molding, open to an interior composed of four sliding drawers, the base with four slightly graduated cock-beaded drawers, the uppermost one being a pull-out fall front butler's drawer with nine inlaid small drawers, four valanced pigeon holes, raised on an ogee bracket foot base.

The dove-tailed cornice is removable.

Door edge molding with 17 in. replaced; replaced feet; shrinkage cracks to sides of the case.
