18th century, two piece form, mahogany and mahogany veneers, oak and pine secondary, having a cove molded cornice with a vertically veneered frieze, each door with shaped and beveled looking glass panel, flanked by rounded quarter columns, the shelved interior above four short side by side drawers. The slant front desk has a lipped hinged lid featuring a book matched veneer with banded border, interior with prospect seven drawers, and eight valanced cubbies over four graduated lipped drawers, nicely veneered with herringbone and banded border, bracket foot base.
