Each decorated with the Follett family crest above the motto Quo Virtus Ducit Scando (I climb where virtue leads); one plate is marked for "Chamberlain & Co. / Worcester / 155 New-Bond St. / & No. 1 / Coventry St. / London" (wear to gilt decoration on rim, crazing, several dark spots in glaze); six plates with the Royal Worcester backstamp and with the retailer's mark of Thomas Goode & Co. of London (minor wear to gilding, several with minor knife marks); and (13) plates are unmarked (three with shallow small chips to underside of rim, one with crazing and staining, minor wear to gilding).
