This spectacular bottle of OFC (Old Fashioned Copper) Bourbon is a part of philanthropic efforts by Buffalo Trace Distillery and is being auctioned to benefit MIRA USA.

MIRA USA is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing independence and quality of life for blind children. As the first organization in the United States that provides guide dogs for eligible children between the ages of 11 and 16, MIRA USA provides intensive training for the child with the dog, and a wide array of related support services for these youngsters and their families. MIRA USA provides these services free of charge. In addition MIRA USA provides targeted educational outreach to promote public awareness.

The bottle was distilled & barreled in 1980 and is only one of 100 (specifically, #47/100) bottles in the entire world with this recipe and aging.
