Late 18th century, poplar and white pine, original red paint, lid with original fish tail hinges and applied molded breadboard edge, dovetailed case, interior with till to left side, till lid with molded edge and secret compartment still retaining original drawer, base with applied molding above two side by side lipped drawers, raised on dovetailed shaped bracket foot base, skirt features an original shaped drop pendant.
