The first by Susan Durfee (NC), titled Glaciers and signed on the bottom stretcher, collage on canvas, framed (DOA 14.25 x 18.25 in.); the second a mixed media by Sylvia Margaret Smith (UK/NJ), unsigned, framed under glass (DOA 8.25 x 15.25 in.); and the third by Howard Rackliffe (ME, 1917-1987), oil on board, signed at lower right, illegibly inscribed by the artist on the mount, matted and framed under glass (DOA 16 x 20 in.).

Good estate condition - not examined out of frames.
